A Summer of Farm Adventures
Junior Farmers is our hands-on summer program where children ages 6-12 learn what it's really like to care for farm animals! Each Wednesday morning, kids become part of our farm family, helping with chores, feeding animals, and learning valuable lessons about responsibility and animal welfare.
This isn't just a visit to the farm - it's an immersive experience where children work alongside our staff, get their hands dirty, and develop real farming skills. They'll make new friends, build confidence, and create memories that last a lifetime.
Perfect for kids who love animals, enjoy outdoor activities, and want to learn where their food comes from!

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my child need farm experience?
Not at all! We welcome beginners and experienced young farmers alike. Our staff will teach everything they need to know.
What if they're nervous around animals?
Our staff is experienced in helping children feel comfortable. We'll start slow, build confidence, and never force interactions. Many shy kids leave as confident animal lovers!
Do I need to sign up for all summer or can we do individual days?
Both options are available! You can register for individual Wednesdays or sign up for a multi-week package at a discounted rate.
What's the staff-to-child ratio?
We maintain a ratio of approximately 1 staff member for every 4-6 children to ensure safety and quality attention.
What if the weather is bad?
We have indoor spaces for severe weather, but farm work happens rain or shine! We'll dress appropriately and make the best of it - kids love puddles and mud!
