A Summer of Farm Adventures
Junior Farmer with a Twist is our hands-on summer program where children ages 8-14 learn what it's really like to care for farm animals! Kids become part of our farm family, helping with chores, feeding animals, and learning valuable lessons about responsibility and animal welfare.
What makes our program special? The twist! Participants get to work with unique farm animals including alpacas, llamas, goats, sheep, mini horses, mini donkeys, mini cows, camels, kangaroos, wallabies, turkeys, tortoises, and rabbits!
This isn't just a visit to the farm - it's an immersive experience where children work alongside our staff, get their hands dirty, and develop real animal care skills. Perfect for kids who love animals and want a truly unique summer experience!

Does my child need farm experience?
Not at all! We welcome beginners and experienced young farmers alike. Our staff will teach everything they need to know.
What if they're nervous around animals?
Our staff is experienced in helping children feel comfortable. We'll start slow, build confidence, and never force interactions. Many shy kids leave as confident animal lovers!
Do I need to sign up for all summer or can we do individual days?
You sign up for individual sessions only. No discounts or packages available.
What's the staff-to-child ratio?
We maintain a ratio of approximately 1 staff member for every 4-6 children to ensure safety and quality attention.
What if the weather is bad?
We have indoor spaces for severe weather, but farm work happens rain or shine! We'll dress appropriately and make the best of it - kids love puddles and mud!
