Dress for the Farm

  • •Dress for outdoor weather
  • •Expect to get a little dirty (it's part of the fun!)

Animal Interaction Guidelines

  • •Always follow staff instructions
  • •Use gentle touches - no pulling or grabbing
  • •Let animals approach you

For Your Safety

  • •Parents must supervise children at all times
  • •Stay on designated paths
  • •Please read and follow all posted signage throughout the farm
  • •Report any concerns to staff immediately

What to Bring

  • •Camera for photos (personal use only)
  • •Sunscreen and hat for sunny days
  • •Snacks and drinks for yourself (just not for the animals!)

From I-71: Take Exit 218 (Medina/Wadsworth) and head west on OH-18 toward Medina. Turn right onto Abbeyville Road. The farm entrance is on your right after about 2 miles.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book in advance?
Online booking is strongly recommended, especially on weekends and during peak season. We limit daily capacity to ensure a quality experience for our animals and visitors. Walk-ins are welcome but not always guaranteed entry.
Is the farm wheelchair accessible?
Most outdoor areas and the gift shop are wheelchair accessible. Please note: the boutique is not wheelchair accessible (no ramp). We have porta potties on site, with one wheelchair accessible unit. Please call ahead if you have specific accessibility needs.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! You can bring outside drinks and snacks for yourself (just not for our animals). No alcoholic beverages permitted. We don't have picnic areas, but we do have a concession stand out back across from the camels with water, Gatorade, pop, ice cream, and chips.
What if it rains?
We are open rain or shine! We have covered areas and indoor spaces. Many animals enjoy being outside even in light rain.
Can I host a birthday party here?
We don't offer dedicated party spaces for presents, food, or cake. However, many guests celebrate birthdays by booking a Self-Guided Walking Tour for their whole group online, touring the farm together, and then heading elsewhere for cake and presents!
Are there age restrictions?
Certain private experiences have age restrictions. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
